Riccardo Stefanelli

Riccardo Stefanelli graduated with a masterβs degree in legal science at the University of Perugia, discussing a thesis on Corporate Culture and Cultural Sustainability.
He joined the Brunello Cucinelli Group in 2006 and gained considerable experience first within the finance and then served as head of programming, control and planning of the retail business.
Riccardo became the Group's legal contact person in 2007. He was appointed to the Board of Directors of Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A. in 2011. From April 2017 until May 2020, he served as co-commercial director of the Group with responsibility for management and development of the single-brand and multi-brand network. In 2020 he became CEO, with delegated powers for Product and Operations. He is member of the Council for Human Sustainability and Humanistic Capitalism, headed by the founder Brunello Cucinelli, aimed at preserving and cultivating the essential ethical values that inspire the model of life and work promoted by the Solomeo-based company.
Since March 2018, Riccardo has also been President of the Umbria Business School. In May 2023, he was appointed member of the Board of Directors of the AC Milan.
