This information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of the European Regulation 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), to those who connect to the website www.tespharma.com or to the pages or third level domains connected to it. This information is provided only for the aforementioned site and not for other sites outside the portal, which may be consulted by the user via links from the portal. By browsing the above site, personal data of users can be processed.

a) Navigation data
Upon consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. Complaints

In the event that the user considers that the processing of their personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR said user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority based in Rome, pursuant to art. 77, GDPR, as well as to appeal before judicial authorities.
