Our Supervisory Body (OdV) is an independent body tasked with ensuring the effective implementation of our compliance program under Legislative Decree 231/2001. It monitors adherence to our Code of Ethics and Organizational Model, and contributes to promoting a culture of integrity within the company. The role is currently held by Dr. Nicola Sbrenna, responsible for receiving and managing whistleblowing reports.
